Project: I’ve been making collages on vintage cabinet card portraits for a long time. This is the latest series, The Motley Crew of Motley Fools. The six of them were framed together and chosen for display in the Red Bull Gallery of Art, Detroit for the exhibition correlated with ICON10, the Illustration Conference, curated by Scott Bakal. Motley Mama was selected for inclusion in the American Illustration 38 2019 book and website, and all six of the Motley Crew received Merit inclusion in 3×3’s 2019 International Illustration Annual. Good job, kids!
